One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account with vip3. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. vip3 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vip3 reserves the right to close all but one account, forfeit any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts, and in cases of deliberate circumvention of platform rules, permanently ban the individual from the platform.
Account Obligations

Deposit Terms
The minimum single deposit amount at vip3 is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps under vip3's KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures. Deposits are credited to your vip3 BDT wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. vip3 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawal Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who are at least 18 years of age and have a fully verified vip3 account in good standing.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements specify a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in real-money wagers must be placed on eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.

These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms. vip3 is not obligated to run any specific promotional campaign and may modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion, provided reasonable notice is given where possible.
Game Rules & Fair Play
The vip3 game library spans live casino, video slots, crash games, and sports betting. Each game category operates under its own specific rules provided by the respective game studio or sportsbook engine. The following general principles apply across all game categories on the platform.
Certified Random Number Generation
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual table games, and crash games — use random number generation (RNG) technology certified by the respective game studios. vip3 does not have the ability to modify game outcomes, adjust payout percentages in real time, or influence the result of any individual game round or hand. Sports Betting Rules

Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including server errors, disconnections, software bugs, or display faults — vip3 will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the correct outcome as recorded by the game server log will be the definitive result. vip3 is not liable for losses resulting from a malfunction beyond the return of the affected stake. Wins generated as a result of a manifest malfunction, software error, or technical fault are not payable and will be voided.
Prohibited Conduct
The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the vip3 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent deposits: Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or initiating chargebacks against legitimate deposit transactions.
- Money laundering: Using the vip3 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds or converting illicit proceeds into a legitimate form. vip3 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in any game format to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate game outcomes.

Account Closure & Termination
Either party — the account holder or vip3 — may initiate the closure of a vip3 account. The following terms govern the account closure process and the treatment of funds in each scenario.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your vip3 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, you will be asked to withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons

Closure by vip3
vip3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or a determination by vip3's compliance team that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk.
In cases where an account is closed by vip3 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases where closure is the result of player misconduct, vip3 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to apply an offset against any losses incurred by the platform as a result of the misconduct.
Dispute Resolution
